Wholesale Client Eligibility
We currently only offer services on our platform to those classified as Wholesale Clients under Australian law.
Use the sections below to understand what wholesale classification means and how to verify your eligibility.
What Is a Wholesale Client?
Section titled “What Is a Wholesale Client?”Under the Corporations Act 2001 (Australia), a Wholesale Client is someone who meets specific financial or regulatory criteria that indicate greater financial capacity or sophistication.
Why Verification Is Required
Section titled “Why Verification Is Required”- Required under ASIC rules
- Ensures compliance with financial licensing obligations
- Determines which products we are allowed to offer you
- Helps ensure clients understand and can bear investment risks
Without verification, access to trading and investment functionality will remain restricted.
How to Prove Wholesale Eligibility

Individual Clients

Australian Individuals
How you can qualify
Section titled “How you can qualify”You may qualify using one of the following:
1. Upload an Australian Wholesale Investor Certificate
Section titled “1. Upload an Australian Wholesale Investor Certificate”Issued by a qualified accountant confirming either:
- Net assets ≥ AUD $2.5 million, or
- Gross income ≥ AUD $250,000 for the last 2 years

Overseas (Non-Australian) Individuals
How you can qualify

1. Upload an Offshore Accredited Investor Certificate
Section titled “1. Upload an Offshore Accredited Investor Certificate”Examples include:
- Accredited Investor (US)
- Accredited Investor (Singapore)
- Experienced Investor (UK)
- MiFID “Elective Professional Client” only if criteria meet individual suitability rules

Australian Business Entities
How you can qualify
Section titled “How you can qualify”You may choose any of the following pathways:
1. Upload an Australian Wholesale Investor Certificate
Section titled “1. Upload an Australian Wholesale Investor Certificate”Issued by a qualified accountant confirming either:
- Net assets ≥ AUD $2.5 million, or
- Gross income ≥ AUD $250,000 for the last 2 years

3. Professional Investor Qualification
Section titled “3. Professional Investor Qualification”Companies that qualify as professional investors include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
- You are a Financial Services Licensee;
- You are a body regulated by APRA, other than a trustee of any of the following (within the meeting of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993):
- a superannuation fund;
- an approved deposit fund;
- a pooled superannuation trust;
- a public sector superannuation scheme.
- You are a body registered under the Financial Corporations Act 1974;
- You are a trustee of:
- a superannuation fund;
- an approved deposit fund;
- a pooled superannuation trust;
- a public sector superannuation scheme; within the meaning of the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 and the fund, trust or scheme has net assets of at least $10 million.
- You control at least $10 million (including any amount held by an associate or under a trust that the person manages);
- You are a listed entity, or a related body corporate of a listed entity;
- You are an exempt public authority;
These entities may upload proof using the offshore corporate template, regardless of whether they are AU or overseas.

4. Business Size Test
Section titled “4. Business Size Test”The financial product or service is provided for use in connection with a business that is not a small business. For a business to be considered as NOT a small business, the business must have:
- 20 or more employees; or
- if the business is or includes the manufacture of goods, then 100 or more employees.

5. Controlled by Wholesale Individual

- Signed entity declaration

Overseas Business Entities
How you can qualify

1. Upload an Offshore Accredited Investor Certificate

2. Professional / Institutional Investor Status
Section titled “2. Professional / Institutional Investor Status”Companies that qualify as professional investors include, but are not limited to, the following examples:
