Activating Your Account with MFA

As part of our commitment to best-in-class security on the Gen 2 platform, the final, mandatory step before access is granted is to secure your account with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

This step can be done whilst awaiting for the KYC and KYB application results.

Setting Up Your MFA

You will need an authenticator application on your mobile device (such as Google Authenticator or Twilio Authy) or a hardware security key.

1. Log In: Use your credentials. You will be immediately prompted to begin the MFA setup process.
2. Scan the QR Code: Open your authenticator app and scan the QR code displayed on the screen.
3. Enter the Verification Code: Your app will generate a 6-digit, time-sensitive code. Enter this code on our website to confirm.
4. Save Your Backup Codes: The system will generate a set of one-time-use backup codes.

CRITICAL STEP

You must copy and store your backup codes in a secure, offline location (e.g., a password manager, a physical safe). These codes are the only way to regain access to your account if you lose your MFA device.

Once you confirm you have saved your codes, your account will be fully active and secured.
